Use of Clubroom and Facilities

Our Clubrooms are available for hire to all community persons/organisations for:

Weddings

Funerals

Birthday parties

(We do not allow 18th or 21st birthday parties)

Conferences

Special meetings

Community groups

Included in the venue hire is use of:

• Overhead projector and screen 
• Whiteboard
• TV and DVD
• Tables and chairs 
• Full kitchen (stocked with crockery, cutlery, urns, fridges, pie warmer, steamer, bain-marie, stove/oven, pots and pans.

Cleaning is at the expense of the hirer.

If you are holding an event where liquor will be consumed you must supply your own liquor licence.  A licence can be obtained from www.vcglr.vic.gov.au and may take up to 8 weeks to process, so please leave enough time to obtain your licence before your event.
